Belly After Babies

Before i had twins last year i was a size 4 now i am a size 10 and have 50 pounds to loose. All the weight i carry is in my belly and it looks awful. My belly button is saggy and mis-placed. When i was pregnant with twins my belly measured 48 and half weeks just before i went into labour at 33 weeks. I workout 5 to 6 days a week doing Chalean Extreme, Turbo Jam and Jillian M workouts. My belly has gone down some but still looks yucky. I try to do planks and ab workouts but still have a hard time after having a c-section. I get a buring feeling and have to stop. Is it just maybe i need more time? My twins are now 9 months... Has any mom out there had similar troubles? thanks
