February weight loss group. Who's in?

January wasn't the landmark weight loss month I had hoped it would be. I pretty much stalled for almost three weeks after losing almost five pounds in the beginning. I'd really like for February to be all I hope January would be! Who wants to do it with me? I've already devised a google spreadsheet for members to weigh in on every Wednesday in February:

Are there any specific fitness exercises, routines or tasks for this challenge (each week or repeated each week)? Or is this more so meant to be a way to hold yourself accountable for your workouts each week and trying to beat your previous week's weight loss? Either way I'm in, but I was just curious. ) Thanks!0

There aren't any specific guidelines for this challenge. I'd like for everyone to set their own goals for this month, discuss them, and be held accountable by the weekly weigh-in.0 -
