    zz top

Bif Naked's "I love myself today"

I need to get "U.G.L.Y" By Daphne and Celeste. I used to have it on a cd, which died. I laughed every time it came on, and people in the gym were horrified when they heard it. hahaha

I typically just hit Pandora Linkin Park. It's not hat I'm particularly a big Linkin Park fan; it's just that that channel on Pandora tends to get the right mix of faster rock songs I like to work out to. Some of my favorite tracks are

Bleed it out - Linkin Park
    99 Problems - Jay-Z
Let the Bodies Hit the Floor - Drowning Pool
Down with the Sickness - Disturbed

Really anything loud and fast-paced is what I want when I'm running, lifting or on the elliptical...

I just set my phone to Pandora internet radio and choose whatever I am in the mood for. I listen mostly to hard rock but you should listen to what you enjoy listening to.

I set the iPod on Pandora. Usually keep it on
    the Metallica channel.
