hi all! i really need a pair of indoor/outdoor cycling shoes. ive been taking spinning classes for 2 years now and i recently got an outdoor bike so i DEFF need shoes asap! can anyone give me some good brands to look into? i also have super narrow feet! i think i have SPD pedals on the indoor bikes i use. please help!!! thanks!

    The best thing to do is just pop into a few bike shops and try some on.
    Yes it's SPD on spin bikes.
