    :smile: Man, not too many maritimers . I myself am from Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island. We are such a big place that at the widest part it is 16km from the North Shore to the South Shore. Big Huh! :wink:

    I am Melissa, new to MFP, I have heard such amazing things about MFP and felt it was time to start paying attention to what I am eating. Over the last 6 years I have put on roughly 10-15 pounds and would love to shred it by my June wedding!
