Zumba

Hi everyone :)

Lately I've been interested in purchasing a Zumba DVD just to change up my routine in exercising. Im only looking for a single DVD since I'll probably have time to do it once or twice a week. Does anyone know any a good, helpful Zumba DVD I can purchase in stores? Or basically what would you recommend?

Thanks!

There are a lot of Zumba vids on youtube that you could check out before you buy something. Someone else on here mentioned that they compile a few of the youtube vids and make their own CD with them.

I'd like to find one as well. I can tell you one I don't recommend - Zumba fitness live. It is the original zumba guy doing it life with a group. While it worked me out the camera work stunk. Sometimes when the instructor started a new step then the camera would focus in on someone in the crowd - not what she was doing, but her face. The songs were more authentic I guess than most of the songs I am used to. Love the international flare of Zumba, but some of the songs on this video just didn't get me going.

One thing I did like on the video was the stomach portion. If I could buy just that part I would, though it doesn't "feel" fun like most zumba does.

I actually take a class and I am not coordinated took me almost 4 classes to figure out a few moves, so a beginner one is best if your not coordinated like me.
