Check your water if you're having a rough time losing!

Just wanted to say this-I lost weight in high school from 145 to a healthy 125 (which I'm on my way back to...slowly, but surely. :P) and both times losing weight I have found drinking water to be a good 50% of weight loss. 1.) It's a natural diuretic (you'll go to the potty more often) and 2.) Most of the time when you feel hungry, you're thirsty! Seriously. A lot of my weight gain has been due to boredom, mostly at work. At the beginning of my shift I fill up a large cup of ice water with a straw and that keeps my mouth busy-it's nice to feel the difference between hunger and boredom for once in my life!!! Just thought I'd share. :D
