i am on a 1200 cal program by mfp.
this week each day i was at 1600-2000 cals each day.
i am having such a hard time!

    i didnt exercise... thats the thing:(
    total bum.
    ran 9.5 miles sunday... a 10 k tomorrow... ate in between...
    so mad at myself

    when you spill milk what do you do?

    wipe it up...pour a new glass

    do you cry about spilling it all week?

    doesnt do any good does it? the milk stays spilt no matter what

    so why do it?

    move on

    have fun

    What sort of food are you eating? I'm on 1210 daily calories - and I eat lots, and often. I've discovered that the biggest secret is in the quality of the food you eat. I eat "clean" - no sugar, no (very little) processed food. Quite often I'm even under on my calories - and believe me, I eat!!

    i was looking it over....

    daily -- wine 2 glasses:grumble: and my office mate has snack things -- candy and chips -- i eat but justify that it is only 200 cals... but that alone is almost 500 extra. i need to cut those things out...

    other than that -- i eat cottage cheese, strawberries, blueberries, bananas, whole grain bread with peanut butter, fish, chicken and a ton of salad with creamy balsamic ( i love creamy balsamic-- i eat more salad because of it!)

    it is that mid day witching hour that gets me and the wine when i sit down at night...

    i love my wine. i guess i could budget it in somewhere.
