    1. Learning how to properly read and gauge foods in the store. I seriously feel kind of weird when I'm sitting in the grocery isle and some lady is staring at me as I peek at the back of 17 different types of cereal :p

    Tracking food and exercise - it helps me incorporate what I like ,which makes the whole project tolerable in the long term.
    Zumba - I would do it almost every day
    Salad and Veggies - pad, pad, pad out those meals

    And MFP is great - why didn't I know about it before. Thanks to everyone who's added to the food database to build up such a comprehensive list. You type in some obscure kind of thing,and there it is. Amazing!
