My weight loss progress since 2009

I haven't been on MFP for long, but this is my progress when I started losing weight in 2009. I progress better this time with the help of MFP and being educated in eating...

I was 219lbs in 2009, but today I weigh around 165... It's all due to trial and error. learning about being healthy. I am still working on my goal weight at 132 lbs... but small steps at a time. I want to get to 143 lbs by this year because according to bmi, 143 is my normal weight.

I'm just being so proud of myself (everybody was talking about how i have lose some weight but I couldn't believe my eyes until i saw pictures years ago.) that I am going in a right way!
