in Introduce Yourself
i started my diet on monday. i am 6'2" and weigh 190 but i am shooting for 170 by this summer. i'm a 32 year old guy living in atlanta, ga. i'm a software engineer and spend a lot of my days sitting in front of the computer.

    Welcome, kurtsummers! I work in north georgia at a nursing home, in front of a computer all day also, so I sympathize with you! This is a great place to be!!
