Vitamin D Deficiency

My doctor told me that all my levels are within normal limits, except I have Vitamin D deficiency. I thought, "Even though I'm eating better? Even though I adore fish and certain dairy? Even with a more balanced and reasonable diet? Even though I live in the South, like the outdoors, and I'm not sensitive to the sun?" So I did some research and it turns out that my biggest risk factor for Vitamin D deficiency is being obese. Huh, who knew?? My fat cells deplete the release of Vitamin D in my blood, which puts me at risk for other drama.

Reason #437 to get my BMI down below 30!
