calories any suggestions pls

is anyone around 5ft 2 if so can u tell me what calories do you suggest to lose 1-2lbs a week im stuck xx

i am finding im hardly or not losing at the moment but hinding today i am really hungry totally unsure why xx

    I am 5'2 and trying to lose a pound and half at i am at 1200 cals. I believe if you use MFP settings it wont ever let you go under 1200. Ive started paying attention more this week to what I am putting in my mouth. I am trying to put more fruits and veggies on my list. Though honestly i think i eat to little because Ever since i went from 1400 to 1200 I've lost merely ounces

    I'm 5'2'' and have been getting all worked up about this 1200 calorie thing.

    I've just upped my calories to just under 1500 (worked out with my BMR etc) so if you want to add me as a friend, I'll keep you updated on if it's working!

    Whatever you do, do NOT go below 1200 NET calories. 1200 calories are needed for everyday bodily functions like BREATHING.

    Weight loss is not linear. Some weeks you might lose 2 pounds, other weeks none, then after a couple weeks BAM! .... 5 pound loss.

    Just keep being consistant & the weight will come off. But make sure you are eating enough.
