Lots to Lose...over 200 lbs!

Yep you read it right...I let my weight get so out of control that I have over 200 lbs to lose.

So here I am trying to make the changes needed to get to a healthy weight and find some great MFP friends to do it with!

Please send me a friend request if you want to support and encourage each other and KICK each other in the online butt if we get off track!

    I'm so glad you're here on MFP and taking the steps toward a healthier you. I have faith you can do this. Just take one day at a time, push yourself, the weight will start to come off, you'll get stronger. Hang in there and never give up. I started here last January and I'm down 111 so far. One year ago it felt overwhelming. I always say a year will pass by quickly, as time always flies by fast. One year from now where do you want to be? You can be heavier if you stay on the wrong road...or you can be the same...OR you can be a lighter, stronger, healthier person. Good for you!!!! You're going to make it :-)

    I don't have 200lbs, but my 60lbs still seems daunting compared to others' 10 -15lbs.

    I could always use a good kick in the pants so I will sen you a friend request LOL!
  • Would love a friend request - I am in a similar situation. I have actually never known a normal weight :S Go figure!

    But, here I am... I really haven't stopped trying for the last year and a half, and my body seems to be changing. The next step is just to get the excess weight off :)
