Pushing a Wheelchair

Options
Hi everyone!
We finally have a beautiful day here in Canada!
I am going to take my Grandma for a walk in her wheelchair. How would you track it?
The wheelchair is heavy plus she weights 115lbs.
Thanks!

If you plan on eating back your calories you don't. If you don't plan on cheating yourself then "walking" would work.

Most wheel chairs I've seen have WHEELS, making pushing it so easy even a child can do it.

Sorry, guess I forgot to include uphill and downhill. It's difficult, which is why I am want to do it.

there is definitely more to walking when you are pushing someone. Yes it is on wheels but there is some resistance. And anyone that thinks there isnt should come push my double stroller and tell me otherwise. I found out my calorie burn on another website. I think it was Self. Just type it into your search engine
Its a beautiful day here too.

Unless it's something you're going to be doing a few times per week, consistently then don't bother tracking it.

I like this answer. OP don't cheat yourself on silly excuses for "exercise"
