When you are sick and can't hold food down, how are the calories actually counted? I mean, I'm still logging them anyway. Just curious.

I hope you get feeling better.
I have some stomache issues and unfortunately I don't always keep my food down either. I just decided to write in what goes in my mouth and not fret so much if it comes back out. If you are sick don't spend extra energy worring about your weight loss. Your health is the most important thing so make sure you drink even more water then normal and get your rest in. I know it sucks when you are on track and you get hit with something like being sick, but remember... this will pass and you will be right back at it in full force in no time.0
