Today I have on my lunch plate:

Simply Salmon (salmon marinated in honey, low sodium soy sauce, and mince garlic - baked)
1/2 c yellow home made rice
Jug of water :)

What was/is/ will be on your plate?

    Today was pork and rice, v. simple, but i messed up my pork. I got dressed while cooking this Am and forgot all about it. Oops.

    Today my lunch is a cup and a half of quinoa with zucchini and sweet potatoes with some roasted artichoke hearts. No meat but all yummy!

    30oz of water with some Crystal Light flavor in it... its tap water - it needs the CL, trust me LOL

    I had a can of Light Progressive Barley vegetable soup. First time to try it, and I'm on the fence.
    Also had a 12 oz diet coke and a bottle of water with grape crystal light.

    I had two pieces of bread toasted with a light mayo and sliced tomato on it, a sandwhich. I get alot of weird looks but try it!! Its awesome!!
