When do I take these...?

So I entered in my goals in bodybuilding.com and this is what it came up with for me to buy as a package. Would anyone add or subtract anything from it? I'm thinking about getting it, but IDK when to take these. Currently all I take now is a whey protein by PureProtein. I've been wanting to try a casein, but idk when to take it. Its all over my head at this point...

Someone help me! My brain'sabout to melt! :drinker:

    you really really - dont need to buy all that, just my opinion

    as far as when to take your protein, it doesn't matter, just view it as a meal replacement or a way to get extra protein into your diet if you dont feel like eating. I usually take one when i wake up and after i workout cause those are the two times in the day when i dont feel like eating

    Without looking, you don't need anything extra to lose fat. It's all about the diet and having it set right.

    I agree..... Healthy diet and exercise! Spend the money on something new to wear when you hit goal! :smile:

    You don't need placebo products. Regardless of what they say, they're just placebos. The secret ingredient of the secret ingredient soup is... NOTHING. It's all you. What you eat, how you work determines your success rate. The only thing that can help it along is positive thinking and staying focused.
