I started this 10-week interval program yesterday after completing their 10 week First Day to 5k series last week.

A little different from the C25k/B210k programs in that they're longer series, but the mixes with interval "alarms" works really well for me and they sync up so nicely with my iPod nano (I have zero interest in carrying my phone around with me during runs. That and the more gradual approach works pretty nicely since I never thought I'd have a chance of being a runner.

Anybody out there have experience with this series? Anybody starting out or slogging through?

I'm now researching this program versus the bridge to 10k, since I planned on starting that on Monday. I see that its longer, but curious to compare the intervals on one versus the other.

Freeway first week: 5 min warmup, 4 minutes on/2 minutes off repeated 5 times, and 5 minute cooldown. Bridge is warmup, 10 minutes on/1 minute off repeated 4 times, and five minute cooldown.

Really, it's 9 weeks. The 10 week mix is more or less a "bonus."

Since I can't find a podcast for Bridge, I'm going to stick with Freeway.
