What your favorite tips for losing weight? Here are mine:

Use super glue as lip gloss.
Getting your butt off the couch and standing does not count as lifting weights.
The BEST way to lose weight is to close your mouth.

    Self inflict OCD to burn more calories in a day. Walking back to the kitchen ten times to make sure you turned off the stove will raise your basic metabolism.

    I do squats while I hold the baby, he's 20lbs heavy! And this is not a joke.

    I really hate doing squats, but doing 10 with 20lbs of weight must be more efficient than 100 with no weight at all, or well so I lie to myself to feel better for not doing many of those :D

    Burn away calories by marinating chicken, beef or pork in brandy & cook with flamethrower
    Eat your food with one chopstick
    LMAO is a great way to reduce weight in the hindquarters.
    Instead of carrying your laptop around - start carrying your desktop PC
    Only eat food that you can catch & kill with a toothpick
    Cut back on your food intake if you weigh more than your refrigerator.
    Never eat more than you can lift.
