I'm not a doctor or specialist in anyway shape or form but i think it all depends on what you are doing to lose the weight? Are you dieting correctly? exercising regularly? etc etc some people wont see results right away where others might, just keep a positive attitude and you can do it!

I just started yesterday and i love it. Its easy to track everything you eat and its pretty much like weight watchers. I had gastric bypass almost 6 yrs. ago and i have not been able to loose anymore weight. Im hoping this will help. keep in touch if you would like and let me know how you make out. Good luck.

Keeping in mind that you shouldn't have expectations to see change after 6 days. If you do see something, you're probably doing something a little too drastic. Don't worry about the numbers so much as how you physically feel. If you're walking more, running, weight lifting, doing aerobics etc.. then you'll be building muscle. Since muscle weighs more than fat, you can technically "gain" 5lbs but look leaner.

You probably won't see real change for a couple of weeks, but it's important to focus on the changes and not the time of the changes. This isn't the biggest loser, it's going to take a long time and be a lot of work. Don't focus on the scale moving or not moving, focus on how you're feeling and how you're getting stronger if you're strength training or getting better at cardio (walking longer/faster, etc.). It's important to not just look at the scale numbers because the scale will go up as well as down, but you need to keep the end goal in mind.

Hi and welcome! I don't really know when you will start to see results. I just know from experience that it takes a lot of patience. So good luck! Also, you can add me if you want, it helps to have a lot of support. :D

I'm new too! I've been healthy eating for several weeks and working out, I've lost approx 4lb so far and I feel more toned. A friend told me that it's not just about the weight loss but the inches lost too? Maybe measure thighs, hips, etc as well as weighing yourself?

It could be a couple of weeks all the way up to 6 weeks before you start seeing results depending on your level of exercise. But hang in there because I promise it'll be worth it!!! Instantly when you start eating better you will notice a difference in how you feel. Then the weight will slowly start to drop off and you will feel even better! So just stay consistent and stick with it and you will see how this works!

My biggest recommendation is that you track your food steadily throughout the day, not all at once at the end of the day. That way it is easier for you to make good choices for the remainder of the day to keep you at or just below your calorie goal.

Have a great time with this and add supporting people and we will encourage you all the way!! :flowerforyou:

I don't. I like to stick to my normal eating plan for the day and not look at those calories as an opportunity to eat more.
