Need two recipes, please: protein shake, cottage cheese

I have two containers of a small curd low fat cottage cheese. My husband and I do not care for the flavor and I'm hoping for some recipe ideas where I might hide it?
Also, I often find that I am not hungry in the morning nor do I have time for a good breakfast. I have rheumatoid arthritis and some mornings are very difficult getting around. I don't want to skip breakfast and I also don't want to use premade protein mixes. Any one have any ideas they might share for a healthy meal replacement shake?
Thanks for your help. I know there are always lots of great ideas being posted so I'm hoping I might get some of that my way!

Why not make a shake with the cottage cheese? I have not personally tried it (although I will bc I have some cottage cheese) but I'm sure you can mask the flavor. I found a basic recipe online:
Ingredients
1/2 cup cottage cheese (skim or 1%)
1 cup milk (skim or 1%
3/4 cup mixed frozen berries
1 packet Splenda (or other sweetener of choice)
blend until smooth
also another here from sparkpeople.com
STRAWBERRY CHEESECAKE SHAKE
Ingredients
1/2 cup 1% Milk
1/2 cup Lowfat 1% Cottage Cheese
4-8 packets of Splenda (or sweeten to taste w/ your choice of sweeteners)
1/2 tsp. Vanilla or Almond extract (optional)
2 cups (300 grams) Strawberries, frozen, unsweetened
