Going by the recipe calculator at SparkRecipes, if you had 12 servings in one loaf, you would end up with, per slice....

    Calories 156.3
    Total Fat 3.8g
    Cholesterol 0.0 mg
    Sodium 1,527.6 mg
    Potassium 102.0 mg
    Total Carbohydrate 29.2 g
    Dietary Fiber 1.0 g
    Sugars 14.8 g
    Protein 2.6 g

BUT!!! If you switch to whole wheat flour, 1/3 cup brown sugar, 1/2 cup applesauce instead of oil, you drop calories PLUS add fibre

    Total Fat 0.4 g

I have been searching for a healthier option for banana bread. I am going to try this. I need to feel that I can still satisfy that sweet craving that I struggle with. Thanks for the recipe.
