Hi everyone.

Just wondering if anyone does lite n easy on here?

I'm in Melbourne and just started yesterday i have 12kgs to loose to start with then we will see how it goes and how much more i want to loose.

If anyone has any success stories to share that would be great.

    I was for a long time using Lite n' Easy for the convenience but still eating out a lot (and not really losing any weight). But the last three weeks I've been sticking to the 1200 calorie option for all my meals and it seems to be working so far. I've done a little bit of exercise, and I'm hoping my weigh in tomorrow will show a loss again.

    It really is a simple way to count calories, and I actually quite enjoy the food :) I live on my own and detest grocery shopping and nobody would ever name me the world's greatest cook so all in all LnE for the win!
