Just wanted to say hi! :bigsmile: LOVE this site. It has what I loved about online WW, except you actually go by real factors, not trying to figure out points. I have a question though, is it bad to have to much protien in your diet? I seem to have gone over my daily intake....... :embarassed:

    I go over my protein a lot of the time. My husband told me no worries.

    Welcome:flowerforyou: I usually go over on my protein as well. I had just read an article in Woman's Day Magazine about dieting and it said to try to include protein of about 4oz with each meal as it helps keep you feeling fuller longer. It suggested chicken and tuna.
