help im not eating enough calories!!!!

i drive a truck and i take my lunch everyday and i have cut my sugar significantly and now im having a hard time getting enough calories my trainer says to drink my calories (protein shake) i drink one at night it only has 1gram of sugar so its not bad however im still only getting about 1350 calories a day i weigh 255 and im trying to get to 170 my fitness pal says i need 2000 calories a day HOW DO I GET TO 2000!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Add calorie dense foods like healthy peanut butter, avacado, lean protein, almonds, greek yogurt, etc. Drinking calories can also help-- I use fruit smoothies to get some of my fruit in. Also I have 2 pugs so I love your profile pic :)
  • pugs are the best!!!!!!!!! i eat almonds everyday i guess i need to eat a larger breakfast i was told to get the sugar in my diet early in the day thanks for the advice
