What are some good super foods out there that you have found? I know Blueberry's and even small amounts of Dark Chocolate are.

Very interesting list! I generally am not a huge fan of these lists if they include only obscenely expensive and exotic foods. But, I was pleasantly surprised that many foods on this list can be found in most grocery stores.

Greek yogurt always seems to make the list. Am I the only person who thinks Greek yogurt tastes lousy? Greek yogurt seems to tastes like the residue found in some old shoe. Give me Dannom yogurt with fruit.0
