Out of curiosity, how many of you think doing dishes is considered "Cleaning, light moderate effort". Mind you I'm not talking about people who spend five minutes giving the dinner plate a quick rinse before popping it in the dishwasher. I'm talking about the ones who stand up for 30+ minutes at a time doing a mountain of dishes, scrubbing, rinsing, and drying by hand. In your own opinion, would you consider this when logging your burnt calories?

Erm no thwt is an activity thst i do every day and i dont class it as exercise and defintly dont log it but i dont log cleaning either that is just normal daily activities, that being said if you have your activity level set at sedentary and you normally sit all day and never wash up then maybe you would log it0
