Hi all

Does anyone know a good way (or nice way) to eat scan bran?
I know there are a few recipes out there and am trying to find something good at the moment.
Any suggestions greatly appreciated!! :smile:

    Scan Bran Chocolate Cake. Used to get me through the day!

    Soak the 5 scan bran (1 HEXB) in boiling water for a couple of minutes.
    Drain the water and then mash the scan bran.
    Add 2 whisked eggs into the mashed scan bran.
    Add 1 sachet of chocolate options (roughly 3 to 5 syns depending on the flavour you use)
    Add 2 tables spoons of granulated sweater (add more or less depending on how sweet your tooth is)
    Mix everything together in a Pyrex dish.
    Cook on full power in the microwave for 7 minutes.
    Turn out and leave to cool.
    WHAM! Low Syn and 1 HEXB chocolate cake! Enjoy!
