Hi, I just restated MFP today. I was doing well, lost around 15 pounds, then I just couldn't seem to stick with it. I really want to give 100% but sometimes it seems too hard. This is such a great site too. Wish me luck.

Maybe take it slower this time?
What couldn't you stick with, the exercise or the eating?
Either way, welcome back and I'm rooting for you!

Welcome back! Start with little things - like drinking lots of water. :drinker:

I've been with MFP since 4/26/09 and I've made honest to goodness lifestyle changes. I eat "clean" now and I don't consider my eating style a "diet." It's just how I eat now. I've never stuck to a diet in my life. This is something I can live with!

Stick around - this is a great environment for encouragement! :flowerforyou:

    I'm right there witcha!
I started in Dec. of 08 and just recommitted the first of this week. So far, going strong. I hope I can keep this momentum up!
Good luck this go around (:
  • Thanks for the support. My biggest problem is exercise. I have used all the excuses....no time, I'm tired, etc. I've gotten better about not snacking at work (I work nights 9:30pm-6am). I quit the vending machines too. Thanks again.
