I just started this program, I'm on day 2. Just thought I'd see if anyone else is doing or has done this and what they think about it~so far I'm loving it, I'm super sore, and can feel a difference in just 2 days!

    I did it for a while. But I skipped to the 2nd phase because I had previously already was lifting. I like it, and am still kinda on it.
  • Awesome! I was lifting a bit when I started too, but boy I wasn't doing enough apparently! I'm only on day 3 and I am SORE!!! But a good hurting!

    I'm not so sure I like her exercise program, but she has some really good recipes including a lot of protein bars/breads.
