Hello! I'm very excited to be using this site more often. I've had it as an app for awhile, but haven't used it like I should be! I'm looking forward to seeing results and becoming more motivated from every one on here! :)

    Hi i an new. so i do squats for exercise . how can i put that in there no exercise called that

    Thanks! I hope so!! I need a better BMI to be able to qualify for more insurance through my husband's work. Hopefully between doing what I'm already doing and getting motivation on here I can get to my goal weight soon! :)

    If you do squats seach "squat" in the strenght part of the exercise tab not cardio. I just checked, and there's a few different options for squats! Hope that helped! :)
