Hey everyone!
I just had my first baby via c-section 10 weeks ago. So needless to say I packed on the weight and I want to fit back into my normal pre-pregnancy clothes. While Pregnant I gained 38 pounds so far I have lost 20 but I still have a ways to go! It's hard to find the time to exercise with a new baby but I am trying.

Hi New Mom,
Proud of you for wanting to get back in shape. It was really hard for me to find the energy to workout but once he started sleeping better I started walking with him daily for about 1.25 hours. It's working and I'm losing weight!
I just want you to remember that it can take up to a year to get back to original size and not to be hard on yourself or feel bad if you miss a workout. Your baby is apart of your life now and things don't always go according to your plan for the day. Also, if you are nursing, you naturally burn 500 calories a day so you will see the weight drop slowly anyway, unless you're over eating.
You can do it!!!

Welcome:flowerforyou: When I had my first baby (9 years ago :noway: ) after I got adjusted to a schedule with him, I too went for walks everyday, and the weight slowly came off (I was also breastfeeding, so that helped
) It takes a while for your body to adjust, so you need to take it slowly at first, and gradually increase your exercise. Good luck.
