What do you do with frozen broccoli?

I have frozen broccoli on a pretty regular basis, but it gets boring. I either throw a bunch of salt and pepper on it after I nuke it, or I embrace my inner kid and put ketchup on it. I'm getting kind of sick of both honestly, but I don't want to stop eating the frozen broccoli since it's a nutritious and fairly economical vegetable that's filling. Anyone have any good ideas for how to season it or what to do with it that is fairly quick and easy?

i use it in casseroles sometimes - or throw it in with some pasta while it cooks and add some chicken and herbs and parmesan cheese.
sometimes i thaw it and the roast it under the broiler for a few minutes and drizzle with olive oil and a sprinkle of lemon pepper..0 -
i add a wedge of laughing cow cheese to it. with all of the different flavors they offer, i never get sick of it0

mix it with some laughing cow cheese and garlic powder. Yum!
I also just love it with soy sauce, or even plain.
Try using it in an omelet or stir fry as well!0 -
I have found that just some lemon squeezed over it is pretty good.0

Love frozen broccoli. I'll add any of the following:
Lemon
Salt & Pepper
Butter
Hot Sauce (Cholula is great on broccoli)
frozen rice and beans (whole meal)
The most surprising one for me was how different adding butter was. You can make a rich-tasting meal with a little salt and butter, and the calories don't get crazy.0 -

Or for even simpler version:
couple of eggs
half cup milk
low fat cheese
frozen broccoli
Beat eggs and milk with salt and pepper to taste. Put broccoli and cheese in muffin cups. Pour egg mixture over broc/cheese. Bake at 375 for 15-20 minutes.0 -
I eat it a lot also. And I guess I don't get tired of it. All I ever really put on mine (after steaming it) is sea salt, cracked pepper and sometimes butter (I use real butter, unsalted). I hardly ever use lemon or cheese. Though, I do like those.
There is another way I love it. I make a slow cooker casserole with frozen broc, cheddar, cottage, butter (again, the real stuff and unsalted), eggs, a few Tbsp of flour, salt & pepper. Just throw it all in, stir, and cook on low for hours... then crank it up to high toward the end. I don't have a recipe unfortunately, I just sort of make it up as I go every time.
ETA: Ok, I'll try to remember the ratios. Half a large bag of frozen broc (no idea how many ounces), half to one whole stick of unsalted real butter, 3 eggs, a 24 oz container cottage (though I have used less), about half a block of cheddar (sometimes more), the flour, salt & pepper mentioned above.0
