:happy: Hello, I've been a member for a while. Not that active but I'm here to say that I'm starting over. Starting today. My work is doing a "Biggest Loser" contest and I'm also at my highest weight ever. I am ready to make a change and it starts today. I just wanted to come re-introduce myself and start my journey.

Welcome back. I too am just trying again after taking a vacation from here for about a month. From Dec to Jan. I gained about 7 pounds and have found when I chart my food I do much much better than just guessing. Good luck!!!0
