Putting Jillian Michael's workouts in your Exercise diary?

Hey everyone, I'm just about to start Jillian Michael's 30 Day Shred and I realized I have no idea what that kind of varied exercise would fall under in the Exercise Database.

Anyone who's done it - can you let me know how you went about logging that?

    I always put it as circuit training but I have an HRM to get the calories more accurate

    If you have a HRM I would suggest using that and creating a new exercise in cardio. I love her workouts! lol

    Thanks everyone! I took your advice and just invested in a HRM, I can't wait till it gets here! I'll just put Circuit Training in the meantime. (Also got the FitBit Ultra for the non-workout parts of my life...I am LOVING these fitness gadgets!!)
