    I don't know what this is, but if I were you, I would just eat what you want within your calorie goal and exercise.

    I tried the Greek yogurt diet and only lasted 2 days before I couldn't slurp down another bite of the stuff. These types of diets are really not practical. My goal is to lose 10 pounds as well. Feel free to check out my diary (since Jan 30)

    Eat within your calorie goals and exercise.

    These "diets" are a waste of time.

    However, if you like cottage cheese (and I'm going to assume you do, since you brought it up), the fat free cottage cheese is a great low cal food. Shouldn't be any issue working it into your regular meals.
