30 Day Shred - still a LONG way to go!

I have a long way yet to go, but I am happy with my 30 Day Shred results. I'm doing Ripped in 30 this month, but I thought I'd share the Shred results for those just starting it.
I lost a total of 14 pounds in January. I usually cut off my head, but I was extremely surprised to see my face thinned out! I'm so glad I took pictures!

One of the first things Jillian says, as she is beating you up, is that she has 400 pound clients who can do this!
Start where you are and go from there. Frankly, I was whipped when I was done with Level 1 Day 1, sweating and shaking, and took a nap. But now I am energized and not sore.
Do what you can do but keep moving. The 20 minutes is over in 20 minutes. You can do anything for 20 minutes!
Good luck and let us know how you do!0 -

That is so true! I couldn't do jump ropes for 10 seconds when I started, but I would switch to butt-kicks or something else to keep myself moving. Sometimes you gotta make it up! lol0 -
