Today's challenge is: Push-ups
Let's see if we can do 100.
Do them the hardest way you can and make sure you follow proper form which ever way you decide to do them.
The important thing is that you try to do it.
Make sure you stretch and have fun doing them.
Report back when you are done and let us know how you did.

all done, have worked up to being able to 25 girlys at a time. Oh and managed 3 full ones!0

Finished! I had to do knee push-ups, but I made it to 100.0

Done! Those last 15 were brutal!
Can I just say --- On January 1 when I started my new lifestyle, I couldn't do a single push-up! Not a single one! And I just did 100 "real" ones (not on my knees).0 -
