Hey guys!!

I finally got around to doing my first quarter picture comparison.

Started: October 12, 2011
Start weight: 193
Current weight: 177.7

Goal weight: 145-150
Height: 5'10"

I have some goals set for myself:

Goal 1 by Jan 1st 2012: 183 lbs (Achieved 12/21/2011)

Goal 2 by Apr 26th 2012 (my 31'st birthday!): 173 lbs

Goal 3 by Jul 4th 2012: 163 lbs

Goal 4 Oct 12th 2012: 150 lbs

Icing on the proverbial cake: 145 lbs

So far I am at a 15.3 pound loss!!

(and I got bangs!) :blushing:

    i'm one inch shorter and 6 pounds heavier than your start weight but you look so much thinner than me haha
    bodies are sooooo weird!
    it trips me out to see people of similar weight and size and how different they can look.
    your before picture... i would have never guessed you were in the 190's.
    anyway... awesome job!!

    I have long legs and a long torso, so my weight (thankfully) is distributed evenly. It's still there though!

    It's been a nice slow and even weight loss. Some weeks I'll lose more, others I wont lose at all!

    I'll take a plateau over a gain any day!
