I have recently bought a sweat suit.......I was wondering if it is a good to wear the sweat suit while working out.People told me it helps you to lose more weight cause you sweat more with it on.After I work out, I notice when I take it off I feel a whole lot lighter than before. If any one use a sweat suit what is your opinion on seat suits?

In my opinion, I dont think those are a good idea because you might over heat your body to much and it could cause complications and make you more dehydrated loosing excessively amount of water so rapidly0

It's good for your skin in that you clear out your pores but it wont do anything for weight loss. You'll lose extra water by sweating it out but you need to drink it back or you'll get dehydrated.0

Yes, that is what I was thinking to because I get really hot!!!!Thanks a lot for ya advice0

Don't get heat stroke. Sweating is part of your body's process to try and cool itself. Not letting your body cool itself is bad. Like, end up in the hospital or worse bad.0

I use the sweat suit for one hour but not more than two hours, not more than three days a week(this is so you won't have that saggy skin syndrome for losing too much in little time.).I drink water so I won't be dehydrated and use a mousturizing crea mixture that help to shrink skin while doing house cleaning cause I can't afford a gym nor those videos to work out.Til now, I have lost 6 pounds and some inches. So It is good if you know hoe to use it.Don't be afraid to use it.Just don't wear it for more than two hours and if you feel too hot.It is time to take your suit off.Any help you need I'll be delighted to help.We are rowing in the same boat.Good luck.

Just remember that during an hour of exercise/active sweating the human body can lose over a half gallon of water or even more from sweat. That's 8 8-oz glasses of water you just lost in an hour. 2 hours, and you'll have to drink a gallon (16 8-oz glasses) to just bring you back to where you started. Plus 8 more glasses just to keep you hydrated for the day.
So, wearing for two hours would require you to drink 24 8-oz glasses of water to remain hydrated. For one day.
That seems like an awful lot of water to have to drink 3x a week. If you can drink that much, by all means go for it.
If you aren't drinking that much, you are going to be rapidly approaching a point where your body cannot spare excess water to sweat. If it cannot sweat, it overheats. If it overheats, you pass out, and potentially cause brain damage and maybe even die.
I don't see why sweatsuits are worth the risk, honestly.0
