Heartburn

So I've noticed more and more lately that I get heartburn either during or after working out....does this happen to anyone else? Maybe I'm eating too little before I workout?

    Do you eat a lot of meat beforehand, or other acid-forming foods?

    By some Fennel from grocers and chew it, beats any chemist product and tastes good to :)

    You could try ginger tea, or not working out so soon after eating.

    No I've been trying to move away from meat and slowly adopt a more vegan diet. I never workout at the same time everyday. Some days it's at 6am, in which case I'll either eat poridge, or a tofu scramble. Other days, I work out in the afternoon, but I eat relatively healthy.

    I usually workout an hour or two after eating, and I don't eat heavy meals.
