I LOST TEN POUNDS AND NOW I THINK IT'S OKAY TO EAT LIKE CRAZY AGAIN AND I ALWAYS DO THIS TO MYSELF..THIS PAST WEEK WAS BAD..TUESDAY,FRIDAY AND TODAY....WHAT TO I DO TO MAKE IT STOP...I FIND MYSELF WANTING ALOT OF SWEETS...PLEASE HELP WITH THIS AND WHAT ALSO MAKES IT BAD I LIVE WITH A JUNK FOOD JUNKIE.. HE LOVES HIS SWEETS SO HE WONT STOP ME FROM HAVING IT..

    I'm probably not the right person to post any kind of a repy, but what's your motivation to lose weight?

    You need will power and you need to have some fruit in the house. I had a sweet tooth this morning (afternoon for you all) and went for a donut..........swung my hand around and snatched up a nanner instead. When I get the urge I grab something different. I love gummy bears.....one of my favorites...well it used to be, now I grab a handful of dried bluberries......yummmmmmm the same texture, just way better for me!!!!!!!!!!! If you grab for hard candy, buy sugar free,hard candies if you want chocolate...limit yourself to 1 hersheys kiss.

    You can do this! You are down 10 pounds.........look at the bikini you wanna wear and remember 10 pounds won't fit in it!

    i'm really good some weeks and i have the right mind to move ahead and than i get like the i dont care anymore..go back to eating the junk and than get mad at myself for doing it...i work out at the gym and home when i cant get to the gym..my work out time is way more than what it should be...
