Monday: Chest + Cardio
Tuesday: Back + Calves + Cardio
Wednesday: Legs + cardio
Thursday: Shoulders + Traps + Cardio
Friday: Arms + Cardio
Thats my weekly exercise routine and I chill on the weekends!! As I usually spend a minimum of 90minutes - 120 minutes on each of those days. On the odd occasion if I have energy to burn off I will go for a run or something on a saturday =]0 -
It depends on what kind of exercise you are doing. I do heavy weight training 4 days per week and cardio 1 day per week. If you are doing resistance training you don't want to work out more than 4-5 days per week. Whether you want to gain weight or lose weight you want to build lean muscle mass and you must get 2-3 days of proper rest to do so. Workouts should last no longer than 1.5 hours or you are at risk of a cortisol problem. If you are doing light 20-30 minute cardio daily you can do 5-6 days per week.0

6 is my intent, could be 5 or 7 depending on circumstances0

6 with an active rest day. I am an active person with 5 kids to run after and in our house the accepted rule is - no car unless it's more than 5km with kids or 10km on my own. so we do a lot of incidental exercise.
Monday, Wednesday and Friday I do about 1-1.5 hrs if resistance and 30min of cardio, Tuesday and Thursday I do 1hr of cardio machine or a run, thursday i also do a fit ball clasd and Saturday a nice 10km ride and Sunday a 10km run. if I had more time I would probably do more...it's addictive!0 -

6 days a week.
Monday or usually Friday is my rest day.0 -
I do 30DS 5-6 days a week and sometimes throw in a different workout when I don't. I do cardio 6 days a week between 60 to 120 minutes. My Elliptical is out of commission til the new part comes in so I have been borrowing an antique of a stationary bike which is the most uncomfortable contraption to be on for an hour.0

Per week I do 5 to 6 days of cardio, aiming to jog at least 3 times a week and arc trainer/bicycle the other two. I aim to do resistance training 4 days a week, with two leg/core days and two arms/back/core days. I do the non-high impact workouts on the days I do leg training. I try to keep to my regimen as hard as I can, training primarily to run, but also trying to improve my cycling muscles for eventually taking on a Tri.0

At least 4 days but usually 5. Training for a marathon so have to constantly stay on top of cardio and endurance. Having a tangible goal keeps me motivated and on schedule.0

4-5 days cardio and weights! 45 min. cardio and 30 min. weights.0

Trying to hit the gym 4 days a week with a long power walk on the 3 days I'm not at the gym. I'll put an emphasis on "trying". Somehow on Wednesday evenings, I have a hard time getting a workout in. Can't get over the hump on hump day I guess!0

at least three days a week, lately 4-5. At least an hour of intense working out or swimming laps, I try to swim after every workout for at least 30 minutes.0

About 5-6 days a week, sometimes 7 but as I go harder, I need more rest days.0

Three days of weight training per week with cardio on four days. Tuesdays and Thursdays, I hike for 40 minutes or more in the hills near my house. On the weekends, I head off to the mountains and hike for two or three hours.
I just got started--but the three times a week weight training is the schedule my trainer set for me. She said that's all I need as long as I engage in cardio on the other days.0 -
7 days a week even if it is just a short ab session or a run, but i always try to burn at least 300 calories minimum0
-
I run on the Elliptical 5-8 miles 6 days a week. I want to do 7 days a week, but right now I need at least one rest day.0
-
I go for 5 days, but I give all I can. Weekends are reserved for homework since I don't have time to do a lot of it when I workout during the week.0

Every other day to the gym for an intense workout, then some milder, walk, calisthenics, whatever I am not too tired to do in between. One day a week off. Doing a big cleanup and reorganize at work right now so getting a few miles in there.0

The spouse and I walk four dogs at about the 4.0 mile pace 6 nights a week. We're averaging 3 miles/night. It feels awesome after a long day of work. The next couple of weeks I want to take 2 nights a week for resistance training.:flowerforyou:0
