Breastfeeding calories burned

Hello,
Does anyone have any information on how to account for breastfeeding? It's not an activity in MyFitnessPal at current. And is there a difference between exclusive breastfeeding and when babies start to eat solids but is still drinking breastmilk?
Thank you.

If you search Breastfeeding under foods (as if you were adding a food to your diary) you will find a variety of options for how much baby feeds. You then add the 'food' and it deducts some calories for you. You have to add it every day.
Feel free to add me as a friend to see what I mean. Every day I have added breast feeding to my snacks. My 15 month old is only feeding 3 or 4 small feeds a day, so I am getting an additional 200 calories to eat.
Hope that helps.0 -

You get 500 extra calories for exclusive BFing - meaning no formula, no juice, no baby food, no table food. Beyond that, your calorie allowance decreases.0
