Hi, Is there a way to find out if there are people from your area that could either be diet buddies or maybe goto the gym together
and help motivate each other. I have worked out for the last 5 or so years, but since being ill last May - July have not had the energy or motivation to get back into it. I realise its a vicious circle as I need the motivation to workout which in turn will bring my
energy back. :)

    Hey! Im from Plymouth and thought Id say hi!

    Im a member at the Devonshire, been off since a car crash in April 2011, and just getting back to it.

    Ha ha I left the Devonshire in January 2012, I was paying £70 a month and found the gym really impersoannal and hard to meet people. I am looking at the Nuffield now, but am looking at others too as want a smaller one but one which still has classes. :)
