ok,.... I'm kinda new to this site and I see a lot of people saying bump this and bump that.... What the heck is Bump?

    Bring up my post.

    It's used mainly for 2 reasons:
    1) They like the post and want to bump it up to the top of the forums so that others can see also.
    2) They don't have time to read all that was posted, but are interested, so by bumping, they can come back to it easily later as it saves in their recent posts.

    This will typically return it to the top of the list of active threads. It has been suggested that "bump" is an acronym of "bring up my post". Also people use this to subscribe to the thread so they can stay updated on the info posted.

    Just post "Bump" or any word for that matter, as long as you post something...
