Challenge of the day

I thought it would be fun to have a challenge of the day for everyone.
Todays challenge is going to be pushing yourself. At the end of your workout when your tired and ready to finish... push yourself for another 10-20 minutes. If your strapped for time push yourself and make your workout 10-20% harder than you normally do. Find a way to push your limits during todays workout (or tomorrow if today is a rest day )

Well I have walked today ( 45min ) and went to curves (30 min) and when I get home my husband and I are going to do sprints and situps. Is that enough pushing?:happy:0

Jennifer - wow, thats a lot of exercise for today! Do you do that much normally?
Wish I had enough time to squeeze all that in.
Tonight I'm going for an hour walk instead of 40 mins and I'll be throwing in a little jogging and see how far I can jog this time. I really wanna be able to jog a mile someday.0 -

That so sucks, as i'm finishing up in the gym, did my 90 minute step class, 45 minutes on the stupid elliptical, then my weights....I actually had this stupid thread on the brain  ...uuugggh! but it did me well, I then grabbed a jump rope, and did 15 minute intervals of jump rope..2 minutes, then pushups, 1 minute, back to jump rope....in those 15 minutes I burned an extra 101 calories...it felt good, but dang girl i'm tired!!!!!!0

Good for you! I just did 45 min on the treadmill on a 4.0 speed and a 5.0 incline and 10 min on the bike in a sprinting fashion. It felt great! Im tired too. But what a bummer that there are no more new daily challenges?? I was up for it!0
