7-10 days should be fine... but I've been known to drink it up to 2 weeks (14 days)!

    You won't die or anything.

My daughter is allergic to cows milk so all she drinks is soy milk.....so, it never stays around that long at my house. Sorry!

I think you're fine. I took some camping with me once though and it must have gotten too hot because after I opened it by day three it had gotten thick and smelled awful!!!! BLEH.
So poor a glass and see how it looks to be sure =].
I've never actually followed the 7 day thing lol since I'm the only one that drinks (usually coconut milk) in my house it takes about two weeks for me to go through.

Also, for regular milk drinkers (we now buy organic 1%) it stays fresh much longer in a carton than a plastic bottle, just FYI if you didn't know. Next time you go to the grocery store, check the sell by date on the cartons vs. the plastic, you'll be amazed at the difference.
  • Mine is 14 days for me to drink it all. It gets thick when it goes bad.
