Has anyone tried any of the ab machines like the ab rocket? Do they work?

Nope --- I just do various kinds of old-fashioned crunches.

But, something to note, you can't spot reduce --- so don't do hours of only ab exercises thinking it's going to give you a flat tummy or well-defined abs.

I use one and like it. It doesn't get in the way at all of doing the actual work and helps alot to keep the strain off my neck

Stair steppers the ones at the YMCA work great for your abs :)

There is nothing that an Ab-Whatever 5000 can do that properly executed ab exercises on the floor can't do, except take your money while you smile and say "thank you."
